Brianna "Bri" Kasey
Maintenance Manager
Bri was born and raised in Rochester and furthered her education in Winona. She has always had a passion for the real estate market which motivated her to make a career change that led her to join the RGI team in February of 2022. With a strong background in communications, customer service, and technology, she’s eager to utilize those skills in the Commercial Real Estate Market. Outside of work, she enjoys anything outdoors, spending time with her pets, family, and friends, and working on projects around her home.
Ryan Kortz
Property Manager
Ryan is originally from Medford, Minnesota, a small town located about 50 minutes from Rochester. He got his start in the new-construction HVAC field before joining RGM, where he quickly realized how important the small details are. He enjoys the variety his work brings and the opportunity to interact with many different people each week. Drawing from years of experience in both the trades and property management, Ryan uses his practical background to consistently improve property value and enhance the experience for both tenants and owners.
With a deep commitment to high standards, Ryan views property management as more than routine operations—he aims to create living environments that feel comfortable, cared for, and thoughtfully put together. His blend of hands-on knowledge and personal attention helps every project exceed expectations and supports homes where residents truly feel settled.

Dylan "Theo" Theobald
Property Manager
Theo is a Rochester native and recent graduate of Mayo High School. After many years of playing hockey and lacrosse, he developed a strong foundation of teamwork, resilience, and leadership qualities he brings to his work at RGI. He also spent more than four years in the restaurant industry, where he gained valuable experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and communication at a young age.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Theo on the golf course or exploring new hiking trails with his family. These moments help him recharge and stay motivated in my professional growth.
As a Property Manager, Theo is committed to learning, growing, and building lasting relationships with clients, tenants, and community partners. Theo has a genuine passion for real estate and is excited to contribute to an amazing team here at RGI.

Dylan Carty
Owner / Licensed Real Estate Broker
Dylan joined Realty Growth in April of 2012 as a real estate agent. Dylan grew up in small-town Minnesota with his family owning apartments. Dylan learned a lot working in the apartments with his father and developed his love for real estate at a young age. Dylan quickly developed in a name for himself as one of Rochester’s top Multifamily brokers. Dylan has brokered over 30m in apartment sales since his tenure with RGI. Dylan founded the Management side of our company in 2018 and alongside the rest of the team manages over 800 units of residential and commercial property across 2 states. Dylan is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a CCIM candidate. When Dylan is not working he enjoys anything outdoors! He enjoys time at the family cabin boating, swimming, and four-wheeling.
